Hi, I'm Melissa.
I spent 15 years working with NGOs and humanitarian programs. I supported survivors of human trafficking and refugee women.
The work mattered. The systems around it were often a mess. Too much paper. Too many steps. People who needed help had to wait while staff chased details.
So I learned to fix the system. I took messy processes and made them simple, so people had more time for the work that counted.
I do the same job today. Now I use AI to do it.
