Rescheduling for 1:1 sessions is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, as outlined below. This policy ensures that the calendar is protected for clients who are fully committed to showing up and implementing.
Clarity Sessions and 1:1 consulting sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. You can request a new time via the scheduling link or by contacting me directly.
Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. This includes no-shows and arriving too late for the session to be effective.

Thank you for choosing to work with Melissa Gamez. Due to the time, preparation, and strategic value involved in our services, the following refund policy applies.
1. Mirror Sessions (1:1 Strategy Sessions)
All Mirror Session purchases are non-refundable.
Once your session is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice using your original booking link.
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
2. Workshops & Live Webinars
Because of the immediate access to intellectual property and limited seating:
All workshop and webinar purchases are non-refundable
If you cannot attend live, you will receive the replay (if available)
3. AI Implementation / Consulting Services
For consulting or AI build services:
Deposits and completed strategy work are non-refundable
Ongoing monthly services can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle
4. Exceptional Circumstances
