Privacy Policy
The short version: I only collect what you send me. I use it to reply to you and to do the work you ask for. I don't sell it, I don't share it for advertising, and I don't track you with cookies. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Who I am
This website is run by Melissa Gamez, an independent consultant based in Larnaca, Cyprus. I am responsible for your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What I collect
I only collect what you choose to give me:
- Free sample form: your name, email, phone number, your logo, and how many client PDFs you make a month.
- Booking a call: your name, email and anything you write when you book.
- Emails you send me: whatever you choose to include.
Like every website, the servers that host this site also see basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
Why I use it

I will only add you to my mailing list if you tick the box on the form. That box is never ticked for you, and you can still get your free sample without ticking it.
Who helps me
I use a few trusted services to run my business. They only use your data to provide their service to me:
- Google (Workspace, Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Calendar): stores form answers, your logo, emails and bookings.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and protects it from attacks.
Some of these companies may handle data outside the EU. When they do, they are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contract rules, which require the same level of protection.
I never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long I keep it
- Sample requests: up to 12 months, then deleted if we haven't worked together.
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe. After that I keep only your email address on a "do not email" list, so I never add you again by mistake.
- Client records: for as long as we work together, then up to 6 years where Cyprus tax law requires it.
- Your logo: deleted with your sample request, unless you become a client.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use Google Analytics. Cloudflare may set a small security cookie that is strictly needed to protect the site from bots. That cookie does not track you and does not need your consent.
If I ever add tracking or analytics cookies, I will ask for your permission first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me to:
- show you the data I hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data
- stop or limit how I use it
- send your data to you or to someone else in a common format
You can also object to any use based on my legitimate interest, including follow-up emails, and take back your consent to my mailing list at any time. Just email melissa@melissa-gamez.com. I will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you're not happy with how I handle your data, please tell me first so I can fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Cyprus data protection authority:
